To qualify for examination, you must be registered as an apprentice through the State Plumbing Board and must have performed manual labor of gas fitting in a two (2) year training period under the direct on-the-job supervision of a licensed gas fitter OR hold a current plumbing license.Pre-approval from the state is required to sit for the examination.
